The factors that need to be noticed after the fruit is picked and stored

Picked fruits are zoetic organisms. Therefore, proper measures should be adopted to store the fruits. On the basis of tree species and breed, the maturity degree and storing temperature should be determined. Some breeds need ventilation, and some need to be stored in airtight condition. Some need to be treated with certain medicament. These measures are to restrain the respiration of fruits, restrain the growth of microorganisms, and reduce the metabolism of fruits, so as to slacken the process of decay. The way of storage should be decided upon the species, breed and purpose of the fruit. Various aspects should be paid attention, including harvesting, declassifying, packaging, pretreatment, pre cooling and storage. The operating rules should be strictly followed to realize standard management. Special attention should be paid to the such aspects as temperature, humidity, adjusting the air ingredients, and prevention of diseases.
